God is so wonderful

God is absolutely wonderful! He has given me so much. In my last post I stated how I was returning to another semester and going to have to find a new apartment and pay the fees to do so. Well the day before I was going to have to do so. The day before classes were to resume for night classes and two days before the day classes restarted in full I got a call. It was someone that didn't know until that day that they were going to be able to attend UND and needed to find a place to stay ASAP! She was on her way with her car loaded and not knowing if she was even going to have a place to sleep for that night. But she got here and liked the apartment so the next day we went and added her to my lease. I have a roommate and internet now in my apartment! YAY! God is so amazing to me. I did not want to leave the apartment that I was in it was just perfect. Add to that in the intro to astronomy class I'm sitting by two science people so if I the artiste person gets stuck on something then I just need to ask them for help. They are both very nice and seem to both know a lot of stuff. I have an hour until my night lab for that class starts and I am already in the room because I wouldn't have time to head back to my apartment across campus and then get back over here with the way the night bus runs. Ah well. I'm having trouble throwing a simple cylinder for my throwing class but I still have two weeks. I need to get in this weekend though and work on it some more it is really frustrating me to no end! There have been some times when I really want to scream! But I'm going to get it. I get so close some times then something happens. I just don't get it. I can do this though. I can I know it. I just can't give up. I have gotten better at making myself get up and take short stretching breaks so that my muscles don't get too sore but that still happens from time to time. But thanks to a new doctor I have a muscle relaxant that will help with that at night. Anyway time to look over the lab books, that is one of the main reasons that I came over early to the class room. Hope everyone is having a great week and that your weekends are ab fab! May God's Blessings Flow on you all!

another semester approaches

So semester quickly approaches. On Monday January 11, 2010 I will start back up with classes at UND. I will be taking three courses. One of which will cover my science general education requirement and the others are for my major. This weekend I will be moving back to my apartment, either tomorrow or saturday depending on when I get things gathered and when my dad has the time. It might even end up to be sunday I don't really care. I will be praying to get a new apartment after I put in a transfer application since I can't afford to continue living in the two bedroom apartment I have without a roommate and I can't continue to go through the search of looking for a roommate and having scams happen to me. So I'm going to make the move and find something else on campus. Perhaps it will even be closer to the art building for me. That would be ab fab! LOL.
Since starting a new med I have actually lost weight instead of gained! YAY! Over the Christmas Holiday season I lost four pounds. Not much but considering I usually gain much more than that I did a very big happy dance. :) I hope the weight loss keeps up. I am going to work at keeping it up and working with portion control and cutting back on pop/soda intake and fast food intake. My parents and I are talking about possibly cutting out fast food all together but haven't decided just yet if we are going to do that or not.
I'm looking forward to my new classes for they all sound like things that I will majorly enjoy. And none of them start before noon. Which is wonderful for me with my sleep patterns. Yes brother dear I am going to try and get on a better sleep pattern but still this way I don't have to worry so much if I have a bad night.
I hope that all who are reading this have a wonderful New Year! May God Bless you many times over in the year to come.
